What happens with my login data ?
- Your registration data will only be used for internal purposes of the Ziegler company.
- Please note that the information you provide will be used for invoicing purposes.
How can I bid on a position ?
- You click on "Catalog" in the desired project on the start page
- Now select the position for which you would like to place a bid and click on "bid"
- You have to log in with your e-mail address and password
- Enter your bid and click on "bid"
- Before you bid please inform yourself about the fixed collection times
Where can I see if I am the highest bidder ?
- In the menu item "MY ACCOUNT" click on "my bids"
- With the green deposited positions you are highest bidder
- With the red deposited positions you were overbidden
- You will not receive a separate message if you have been outbid
How do I receive auction or sale catalogs ?
- You can print the catalogs directly from the Internet
- You click on "Catalog" in the desired project on the start page
- Now click on "Print page
How can I see if I have won the bid ?
- In the menu item "MY ACCOUNT" click on "my bids"
- If the position is highlighted in green and the auction is finished, you are the highest bidder
- After the auction you will receive an invoice by e-mail and an original by mail during the day
Can I change my address data ?
- In the menu item "MY ACCOUNT" click on "change my address data".
- Here you can change and update your address data at any time.
